HOW TO CONTROL FATNESS

HOW TO AVOID OR CONTROL FATNESS ?

How to control our fatness : this is one of the big question to our new young generation.  We can see more fatty people in metropolitan cities.  Because they will eat every day out side food like (as per my opinion : eating cheese, potato items, rice items, spicy foods, chicken, mutton and lots of cold drinks).  It will be effect on our body and health also.  Eating regularly these type of foods we will suffer from sugar, blood pressure, carrying problems (in ladies), cancer, huge cholesterol problem, kidney problems, digestion problems and fatness.

In our world more than 37% people are suffering from this problem.  Last from 30 years no one country has been resolved this problem.  We can see in entire world 62% people are gaining fatness in almost all fast developing countries.  As per 1980, one survey says 27% peoples younger’s and 47% are children's.  In our India 73% Metropolitan peoples are suffering from this disease it means in each 4 people, 3 people are suffering from fatness.

I have some solutions for maintain fitness to our body and avoid the fatness :-
