How to keep our kidney safe ?

          Every year March 10^th is a celebrating as a world kidney day.  Now a days this one is the biggest challenge to every person.  We can see kidney problem in all age groups.  In human body main part is a heart and lungs.  After that we can count kidney is most important part in human body.  (Each of a pair of organs in the abdominal cavity of mammals, birds, and reptiles, that excrete urine).  In human body kidney is most sensible part in body.

How to identify (you have) kidney problem ?

          In entire world more than 15% (all age group) people are suffering from kidney problem.  If we control our eating system and maintain daily dieting, then we can control the kidney problem.  If you or your family members have kidney problem, symptoms are like :-

I)  Not hungry / stomach pain.

II)  Regularly High BP (Blood pressure problem).

III)  Heavy Flu with body trembling.

IV)  Eye lash and face swelling.

V)  Urine pass problem with heat problem.

VI)  Again and again going to urine.

VII)  Urine passing on bed. (as like child doing)

VIII)  Urine will come in red or white color.

IX)  Urine will come drop, drop.

X)  Suddenly at mid-night you feel urgent urine problem.

XI)  If you have above said symptoms you have to do the medical checkup.  Like : Urine examination, Sugar in Blood, Urea and cretin quantity, CT Scan, M.R.I., Stomach Ultra sound and when you are doing urine, we can see the urine speed also.

XII)  If you / your wife pregnant you can identify, child kidney is growing or not.

XIII)  If you are getting treatment about kidney, then don’t stop the doctor treatment.  If you are stopped the treatment, immediately your kidney problem will return.

XIV)  If 2 to 6 year’s child have kidney problem, first fall morning eye lash will swelling then face and stomach and legs will swelling.

XV)  These type of problems in 7 to 10 years old girls because individual cleanliness and not cleaned Genital etc., it is common for kidney problems.

XVI)  Stomach pain, diarrhea, loss of appetite and High blood pressure and day by day protein will reduce day by day it will go from urine.

XVII)  In small aged children’s, flu, vomiting, nausea, jaundice, going to urine again and again, heat and red colour urine, stomach pain and smelling in urine.

In these you have minimum 2 symptoms means you are suffering from kidney problem.  So without wasting the time immediately you have to contact nearest Nephrologists doctor.  Don’t neglect or hide the kidney problem from your family & doctor.  Because kidney problem is one of the most & very sensitive problem.

How to control kidney problem ?

          There is no permanent solution for this kidney problem.  But we can face or control the kidney problem details are below :-

1)  Late treatment is most dangerous in this kidney problem.

2)  If doctor declared you have kidney problem.  Take daily up to 15 days Cartikosteriad tablets then after take up to 6 months day after one day.  From this we can control the swelling problems in kidney.

3)  When you have swelling in your body don’t eat the salt.  It is very harmful to health.

4)  Don’t control the urine and eat timely.

5)  If you are suffering from kidney problem, when kidney pain will raise take a tablets (as per doctor prescribed).

6)  All age group kidney patients must and should take daily 6-8 glass water without fail.

7)  If your child will suffering from kidney problem then reduce the salt content in children’s food.

8)  Be alert from Kidney injury, kidney swelling, stone in kidney and urine tube, kidney tumor, eating heavy content tablets (like:-aspirin, penicillin, heparin), Hemophilia is also one big symptom for kidney failure.

9)  Cycling is most important to kidney problem.  From this you can keep your kidney in safe.

10)  Don’t eat junk food.  In junk food there is too much sugar and salt content.

11)  When you have fever, body pain don’t take Ibubrupain, anacin and gentamainis tablets.  These tablets are most dangerous to health or kidney problem patient.

12)  4 to 12 years children should drink minimum 6 to 8 glass water daily.

13)  Don’t smoke in front of child.  Because smoking will increase 5% on kidney cancer.

14)  When child will born up to one year don’t mix the salt in children’s food.  At that age the baby body wants daily one gram salt to his body.  That is already available in regular food.

15)  If children parents have sugar problem then check your baby urine and sugar content in blood it is most important.

          As per my suggestion please eat time to time and healthy food not junk food and do excise regularly like Yoga, Cycling Running and Walking etc., from this routine you can keep your health good and nice.
