TANK BOND ROAD, GULBARGA.

Work shop started with gayatri mantra :
“Om Bhur Bhuraswaha Tatsaviturvarenyam
Bragudevasyaha Diyo Yonaha Prachodayat”
Work shop started at 7.00 PM. In the workshop Shri Mohan L.Kshisagar guided the Bhavsar Vision India board of directors and the Members, Gulbarga Area-103.
Sri Mohan L.Kshirsagarji was congratulate to all of us for elected a part of Bhavsar Vision India, Gulbarga Club and expressed his feelings and happiness for taking first training for BVI that is for Gulbarga club. And felicitated to Mr.Anant D.Chinchure for elected Karnataka State Vice President and bless them. Then suggested the following points and individual Duties for each board of directors are below :-
THE VISION PRESIDENT
1. Presides at meetings of the Vision.
2. Sees that each meeting is carefully planned, opening and adjourning on time. Presents at regular meetings of the board of Directors.
3. Appoints sub committee chairman and members who are qualified for the jobs assigned.
4. Makes certain that each committee has definite objectives and each is functioning consistently.
5. Holds regular club assemblies, the first as soon as possible after the appointment of committees.
6. Attend the Vision conference, in large numbers.
7. Attend the workshop as incoming president.
8. Co-operates with the Governor in various Vision matters and handles correspondence promptly.
9. Supervises the preparation of a Vision budget and proper accounting of club finances including an annual audit.
10. Sees that written reports by various committee chairman are presented to the Governor on the occasion of the Governor’s official visit to the club.
11. Conducts a semi annual checkup in July on all committee activities and objectives for the balance of the year.
12. Submits in the June a comprehensive report to the Vision of the status of its finances and the extent to which it has achieved its objectives for the year.
13. Confers with the incoming Vision President before going out of office.
14. Arranges a joint meeting of the incoming and outgoing boards of directors for the dual purpose of gathering the new administration to a good start and providing continuity of Vision administration.
15. Appoints the president-elect or vice-president to oversee and co-ordinate the work of the membership, membership development and Vision information committees.
About BOARD MEETINGS
It is attended by all Board of Directors Monthly and chaired by the President. The president is responsible to the board and decisions are final subject only to the appeal clause to general body. If any of the board decisions is to be convened with at least five days notice and in such a meeting where quorum is present a two thirds majority is required for revoking any board decision.
About THE CLUB SECRETARY
The Vision secretary also holds a strategic position in the successful running of the Vision and an intimate relationship of the president and secretary is also of vital importance.
1. The secretary keeps the Vision records.
2. Records attendance at meetings.
3. Sends out notices of meetings of the Vision, board and committees.
4. Records and preserves minutes of the meetings.
5. Effects semi-annual and other payments to Bhavsar Foundation with proper supporting records.
6. Reports new members, terminations, and other changes in membership to the Governor.
7. Reports membership and attendance date monthly to Governor, within 15 days of last meeting of every month.
About TREASURER
A Treasurer is the epic-center of club’s activities, as the third most important officer of the club. Everything ends in Finance and accounts and you are carrying your club’s proper presentation to the outside worlds. A careful, prompt, meticulous attention with a persuasive approach should reap you success. You are advisor to president and secretary on raising funds and disbursing as per commitments. You should do this jobs well with confidence as you are already doing similar work at your home and at official levels.
About CAPTAIN
It is the duty of the Captain to keep the dignity and order in the meetings, Visiting members are properly welcomed , He will collar the President at the meeting.
About VISION SERVICE
The Vision first avenue of service, the club service, is the most important one among the fore avenues. Its purpose is to foster successful administration of club and to direct internal function of the club to maintain its health and vihar, while the other three avenues are directed to the service to local community. Without a vitally functioning club, little else can be achieved through the other avenues. Members, participating in club fellowship, taking part in programmes, serving on committees, on the club’s board of directors and representing the club in outside activities.
About PROJECT SERVICE
Respected Trainer EXPLAINED ABOUT WHAT KIND OF ACTIVITIES CAN BE UNDERTAKEN UNDER PROJECT SERVICE.
1. Human development, such as child care, old age care, Disabled care, Health Education and Care, Eye Care, Dental Care, Health Camps, prevention of Crimes and drug abuses, and other safety programme.
2. Community development developing infrastructures, Hearth Facilities, water Facilities, sanitation, Housing, Libraries Recreational Facilities.
3. Environmental protection-providing Animal protection, Beautification and cleaning of Localities, water management and Garbage disposal etc.
4. Conduct Vadhu Vara Sammelan, Mass Marriage, Career guidance and personality development program.
About CHILD WELFARE
This committee shall devise and carry into effect plans dealing within the community with the welfare of children providing assistance and support to those in need. Conduct Bal Sanskar, providing scholarships. Healthy baby competitions. Note book distribution programmes and mainly guide the mothers, how to care about childrens and how to prepare them for in 21st century, life styles etc.
About Women WELFARE
This committee shall devise and carry into effect plans and encourage our samaj women’s. How to hold the leadership in this club and other outsides, health tips for women’s, felicitate our samaj’s old aged women’s (above 70) and take a guidelines from them to how to introduce in this new world, and how to care our self in this life and many others.
Finally completed the Bhavsar Vision India, Board of Directors training programme at 9.00PM.
After the Training all the Board of Directors are sing a song that is our national anthem.
After the National Anthem, High tea was arranged for board of directors and other trainee’s.
