2.                 Service Tax of 10.30% or Service Tax as applicable on date of invoice will be calculated on the net amount, after deducting agency commission, if any and should be borne by the Client.

3.                 To ensure proper release of spots, release orders should be given to 93.5 RED FM at least 5 days prior to the date of airing of the first spot. Reschedules and cancellations will require 07 days notice period. Rescheduling of Advertising Sales spots is possible within that calendar month. 10 days notice in advance should be given for any cancellation of advertisement spots.

4.                 93.5 RED FM shall not be liable for any interference of broadcast beyond its control.
