A well-equipped training center is built is the campus of Gulbarga Milk Union Ltd., Gulbarga. The center has been built at an cost of Rs.50.00 Lakhs. The center is responsible for training of the employees, staff, as well as the members of co-operative societies, farmers , and milk producers. They are also selected for the training at Bangalore, training center and sent for additional training based on their training need assessment.

TRAINING PROGRAMME
Training Programme at District Level
Women secretary training is 20 days. Milk tester training for 5 days. Managing committee members training for 3 days. Artificial inserminisation is 30 days. First aid workers training 10 days. Dairy Animal Management Training. Farmers induction training programme 2 days and the chairperson training for 3 days.
Training Programme at Village Level :
Health and nutrition programmes for 4 days, Legal literacy programme for 6 days, Gender sensidisation programme for 6 days, weaning food programmes for 1 day training, Male orientation programme training for 1 day, District level seminars are conducted for 1 day, Legal literacy day for 1 day and International Women day for 1 day and Self help group training is for 1 day.
