Measures of Misconduct in Karnataka State

Class one officers are watching or finding there mistakes every day or every time to lower employees. In departmental enquiry these are matters are not included. Some mistakes are consider as a measures of misconducts. These are the above mistakes are consider as a measures of misconducts.

Work as a Irresponsible (Loss the Govt., amount) but it is not a misconducts.
Measures of misconducts means it is pre planned miss works or behaviors.
Miss Account maintain or miss use of account or mistake to take right decisions, from that loss to Government amount in that subject consider as a misconduct.
If one officer not done work completely without mistake or he will able to do better work but he is not done this work, these are not misbehaviors or misconduct.
Any type of misconduct will say any rules and regulations or orders that type misconduct will prove it. Otherwise it is not misconduct.
Out of office any type of accidents are happens (Like involving in Murder, Dacoit, Theft, Attempt to murder so many), if it is not consider to office also, in government level it will prove as a affiance it is a misconduct.
If higher officer issued MEMO or NOTICE to employee without receiving he is acting angry and shouting around that is misconduct. (receive the memo or notice then you have a one chance to defend it).
Festival Advance, Housing Allowances, Vehicle Allowances etc., not reimbursement or vehicle or housing papers are not surrender to concerned department that is not misconduct.
